be like snow; beautiful, but cold Proč se tolik z nás cítí tak ošklivě? Proč se tak trýzníme dokonalostí? Na tuto otázku vám bohužel neumím odpovědět. Díváme se do zrcadla a sami sebe vnímáme jako bytost plnou nedostatků a nedokážeme najít nic krásného, téměř nic, co bychom na sobě skutečně milovali. Sama jsem se z anorexie ani jiných projevů poruch příjmu potravy nikdy nedostala, a ať už chci nebo ne, je pro mě nesmírně těžké přijmout sama sebe a své tělo. Zvláštní však je, jak dokážeme obdivovat krásu druhých lidí. Stejně, jako těch malinkých, bíle zářících sněhových vloček, které v zimě dopadají na naše vlasy. A čím více je sledujeme, tím více zjišťujeme, jak je každá z nich odlišná velikostí, tvarem i strukturou, ale i přesto je vnímáme jako krásné naprosto všechny, i s těmi malými nedostatky. A teď si to zkusme vtěsnat do světa lidí. Přesně tak vnímáme většinou ostatní človíčky kolem nás. Všichni se tak liší, mají nějaké své nedostatky a odlišnost...

Growing

No clue what's happening to me, but blimeyyy, I freaking love the person I'm becoming. I know my worth, I know what I want (for example, I know I want to keep searching for my life goals) and I have my own boundaries. I can say no with no regrets. After many years, I have finally recovered from eating disorder! I eat whenever and whatever I want. I respect my body and I like it. No more tears. And if so, I will hug them and say hi to them with a delicious welcome drink. I finally understand that you can never truly help to heal others until you heal yourself first. I found my power to live. And don't be worried about things I can't control. Only thing I can control is choosing happiness. I control my own actions. Only I can accomplish my dreams and create my life. You can feel helpless, worried, sad, angry, or completely mad, but things will be right only if you accept all the emotions that are part of you. I love the excellent energy flow I have with some people...

Make sure your friends are OKAY.

Every day when I look around I can see love, smiling faces and happiness, but sadly more often I see and feel the pain hided by these smiley faces all around. Everybody has their own problems, however, we have no right to judge ANYONE. I DO believe problems can be solved if we communicate more. As a strong introvert I can tell you I can express my thoughts and feelings through writing better but also I know how important is talking to each other and how social media can be hateful place and used as a tool to torture broken souls. My situation a few years ago helped me to understand I don't want anyone to feel like that, being completely alone with no one who you can tell everything. No one deserves it. As you may know I've done a form about feelings, a topic that is often disregarded. It was interesting to read how people are honest when it is anonymous. They are simply don't afraid to tell the truth because no one is going to judge them. Also it was hard to read how...
